Holt Renfrew and Cartier Baiser Vole

Today was a very good day for me because I spent a good couple of hours in Holt Renfrew. I've been to Holts before but it was always very brief because I have always felt a little bit intimidated by it's glossy, expensive deliciousness. Today for my Fashion and Consumer class we all went as a group to have a tour with members of the Holt Renfrew team. We also got a gift bag at the end of the day, filled with sample beauty products and fragrances. In it were two delicious fragrances. And I am not saying that just because I am excited because they came from Holts; I am a fragrance junkie and very picky when it comes to which scents I like and which I do not. My favorites at the moment are Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue and Marc Jacobs Daisy (both very fresh smells) and I now have to add another fragrance to that list. Cartier Baiser Vole smells DELECTABLE. It smells like pure lily and nothing else. It smells like a lily in a vase. I absolutely love it, and I am so happy that the sample was the eau du parfum version of the scent because it lasts a long time. It was a good day and I have full intention of going to Holts more often from now on. You know how Audrey Hepburn said nothing bad could happen to you in Tiffanys? Ditto, Holt Renfrew.
